• Made from 3/8" AR500 steel with 477–550 BHN hardness for long-lasting rifle and handgun training durability.
• We use a fiber laser cutting table for all our AR500 products. Unlike plasma cutting, which cuts slowly and puts a lot of heat into the steel, resulting in a large heat-affected zone (HAZ), chipping, edge damage, and easy shattering, our laser cutting method is superior.
• Two 1/2″ mounting holes with thick ears help take hits without breaking. Hang from both holes for more stability but you can hang from a single hole. All targets are raw and unfinished.
• 3/8” AR500 steel targets work great for the following calibers 223, 5.56, 5.45×39, 7.62×39 and 308. For velocities over 3000fps MV use at 200 yards minimum.
• All of our 3/8″ targets carry a limited lifetime guarantee from breakage. Steel ammunition such as 5.56 M193 and M855 should never be used against steel targets and will void any warranty.
